I have been involved with pregnancy and birth for over 20 years and have had the privilege of serving hundreds of families during this incredible time of life. It is my experience that every family has unique needs for education, advocacy and support; it is my intention to help families identify these needs and offer them care and information tailored to suit their individual situations.

I am an ICEA trained Birth Doula and Childbirth Educator, and Happiest Baby on the Block (TM)  instructor. I served on the Colorado Doulas Association (CDA) Board of Directors and enjoy mentoring new doulas as they expand their practices.  I worked as a doula on staff at Lutheran Medical Center in Wheat Ridge where I  taught a  variety of classes.  I teach childbirth preparation and newborn care classes independently in my community, privately across the Denver Metro area, and for the Colorado Children's  Hospital.  I am the Doula Program Director for the Children's Hospital Immunodeficiency Program (CHIP) in Pregnancy serving families living with HIV.  I love this work!  

I fully support all birth and parenting choices.  Home birth, birth center, hospital birth.  Natural birth, birth with an epidural or analgesics, and scheduled cesarean. 

Your birth and parenting journey are unique to you.  My role is to offer you a full range of information, resources, and support in a non-judgmental and unbiased way.
